Are all GFB products certified gluten-free?
Yes, every product we make is certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). We also operate our own dedicated gluten-free facility to prevent cross-contamination.
What is the shelf life of your protein bars and bites?
Our products typically have a shelf life of 10 to 12 months. You can find the specific 'Best By' date printed on each individual wrapper or pouch.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Most of our products are vegan. We use plant-based proteins like pea and brown rice protein. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page to confirm.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
