About The GFB

The GFB, or The Gluten Free Bar, was founded by two brothers who were frustrated by the lack of tasty, high-protein snacks for people with dietary restrictions. We operate our own zero-waste production facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to ensure every small-batch bar and bite meets our rigorous standards for quality and flavor.
